CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
All of our inspectors are required to pass a 90 hour course and maintain membership in NSHI. This requires on-going educational development and hands on experience. This is in addition to on the job experience where they manage custom home construction from the ground up. Josh Hinkey, P.E. is a California Registered Professional Engineer specializing in consulting structural engineering. Both Joe and Josh are licensed California General Contractors and specialize in custom homes.

SERVICES OFFERED
Structural Inspections: This includes an on-site inspection and report stating observations and recommendations. Many types of inspections available: FHA manufactured home foundation inspections, foundation inspections, simple calculations, and framing inspections.

Home Inspections: This is thorough on-site inspection with detailed report listing observations and recommendations. We use an extensive checklist and visually inspect everything we can. This includes crawl space investigation both attic and subfloor, inside cabinet inspection, and any other visible spaces.

Construction Phased Inspections: This is a series of third party inspections that provides on-the-job reviews of the plans and work as it is constructed. We provide our clients with an unbiased professional observation of the construction quality and conformity.
